11:06 AM - oooh...another post!!!

well, i'm in silay city where my uncle has the internet so...i'm back. i was just pondering upon the phenomenon that i always feel the need to poo at the most inoportune times...like right after i've taken a bath or right before i want to go to sleep or when i'm far far away from a bathroom that i trust. it sucks. because i like to shower after i poo...and here you can't just up and take a shower. well, i guess you can but really it's much more than just taking a shower- you turn on the faucet to fill up a bucket into which you dip a smaller bucket (called a tabo) and you pour cold water on yourself. usually cold water...it's warmer in the morning. anyway, it's a much more involved process than just standing under the shower. i like it a lot sometimes. i don't like it so much other times.

i think my one problem with traveling especially to a country that is probably close to third world is that i'm a little toilet shy. i've pooed in very few people's houses. i can probably name the few...but i won't. you'd probably be surprised at who doesn't make the list but anyway, that's enough poo talk.

rainy season sucks. i haven't even been to the beach this week. and i just got a new sarong damnit!!
